A one-time founder fee (Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond) is refundable in full at any time until grand-opening day. From opening day it is not refundable, because the benefits it bought have started. If The Gamers Center does not open, every founder fee is refunded in full without you having to ask.
A renewal fee is not refundable once paid. You choose whether to renew each year, so please decide before you pay.
Money added to your play balance is not refundable except where the law requires it. Free or banked hours are promotional, have no cash value, and are not refundable.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or ask at the counter. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through SumUp, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation; cash payments made at the center are refunded at the counter.
Refund requests for a member under 18 come from, and go to, the parent or guardian who confirmed the account.
